A SOUL PERSPECTIVE ON PHYSICAL PAIN
Seated just beneath physical pain, we often find the suppression of a faulty thought form. A faulty thought form is an emotionally charged belief impressed upon the soul mind. It is an untruth or misperception with powerful associated negative feelings. Many times we uncover fear and unworthiness at it’s root. Overtime the root cause trickles down from the soul mind causing an effect in the physical body. This effect is a slowing down or blockage in our energetic system, causing the physical embodiment and expression of PAIN.
Physical pain is the calling card of the soul reflected in the body. It is telling you something important. It is yelling “You need to look at this. Pay attention. Stop avoiding the truth.” Our job is to discover that truth; to be willing to lightly touch the pain once again, as we accept and forgive with nurturing compassion for ourselves. For when we acknowledge the underlying cause of physical pain, we touch those feelings once again. We allow all the pictures, symbols, thoughts and words to arise freely from deep within. This causes the energetic root of our physical pain to begin to dissipate quite naturally. The body’s energetic system begins to flow freely once again, washing from us the cause of our pain. This can occur remarkable quickly or with small steady steps over time.
By stepping back into the authentic or higher self, we are able to become the detached witness of our pain, observing its messages with greater clarity. We reconnect to the God self, bringing its immense loving presence into the mix, giving power and juice for deep healing to occur.
At its core we discover deep within our soul, that physical pain is the result of negating who we really are. When we come into this experiential realization, we are able to view all PAIN as a messenger. We are able to understand physical pain as separate to our peaceful, pure and loving true self. We can observe from our healthy blueprint of self. For when a willingness to seek the truth arises, loving detachment occurs. This facilitates the discovery of the underlying causes of our pain. In turn we set in motion the possibility to free ourselves permanently.
By releasing our spiritual, mental and emotional blocks and obstacles, we allow the bodies natural healing wisdom to occur. We are able to surrender freely to its messages of healing. To hear its small guiding voice from deep within. For the bodies wisdom shows us the way. It guides us true when we are ready to hear. For when we truly let go and surrender ourselves and the judgment we've held, we begin to realize our body has always been, a beautiful reflection of the God deep within.
