SOUL AND SANSKARS
Sanskars are the negative impressions on the soul. We collected them throughout this lifetime and beyond, often through emotionally charged experiences. These emotionally charged experiences contain faulty beliefs or misperceptions. They grow overtime, becoming larger and more powerful. Like a magnet they collect 'like thoughts’, affirming their apparent ' truth.’ They begin to impose there belief systems upon our world view. Creating unconsciously and shaping our reality.
Sanskars or soul impressions build up around the pure light of the soul or authentic self. They begin to dim our radiant light. It is like ever deepening crusty layers building up over time, obscuring the light of the soul. It becomes a great weight and burden, diminishing and confusing our heart and mind. For this is repeated from life to life on the souls journey of reincarnation. They travel with us ever present and ever limiting, until we choose to free ourselves.
Sanskars are the shadow, comprising fear, anger, lust, greed, unworthiness and so on. They cause suffering in our life. They take us from our truth. They create a life experience that is non aligned with our pure SOUL.
