What Techniques Are Used?
A a variety of experiential learning tools, techniques and practices are used. At there core I integrate spiritual, intuitive, meditative, yogic, shamanic, esoteric, metaphysical and energetic practices. All techniques help guide us towards a vaster realization of the true nature of our self, empowering us to come into mastery, while liberating those limitations and challenges in our life. Some include guided imagery, past life remembrance, visualization, energy awareness, intuitive guidance, soul recovery, raja yoga, guided meditation and more.
Can I Do Anything Else To Help Myself?
I include a variety of exercises that you may find helpful to practice. They are designed to cultivate the internal states of consciousness helpful for session work. I also suggest that you make time for yourself, to nurture your spirit and look after yourself. It can be very helpful to either journal your session experience or share with someone you completely trust, who will not judge you. This will bring you further insight and clarity. I also suggest using your dream time to help bring further solutions to you.
Do I Have to Believe In Past Lives?
No you don’t, although an openness to there possibility is necessary. Past lives tend to arise during particular stages of the awakening process. Past lives arise for self healing purposes and are generally of little value when explored purely for entertainment purposes.
What Is Awakening?
The concept of awakening can be likened to the blossoming of a flower or the emergence of a butterfly from its cocoon. It is the growing embodiment of your true nature, your soul or spirit. This can be called the authentic self, which is inspired, creative, unlimited, peaceful, pure, joyful, loving and so much more. Awakening is a process of unfolding, becoming more and more of who you really are.

Different paths with the same purpose, leading us towards wholeness and balance. I naturally honor the beautiful mosaic of the world religious and spiritual traditions. I find religious belief quite different to spiritual practice. Religious belief is based upon historical understanding of other peoples experience. Spiritual practice is always based upon your own unique, direct and individual experience.
What Is Your Background?
I originally came to the United Stales from Great Britain, settling in New York and later moving to Maryland. Over the last 19 years, I studied and trained in a variety of spiritual traditions and specialties. These include guided imagery, past life remembrance, hypnosis, intuitive guidance, vital energy work, spiritual / personal development, shamanism, Sufism, raja yoga, spiritual self healing, meditation and more.
I was trained by Dr. William Bezman and Judith Grant PHd of Pathways to Health, as
well as a number of enlightened spiritual leaders. I offer my services out as a spiritual
coach, adviser and facilitator, advancing a holistic and spiritual perspective to
personal and professional growth. As an ordained interfaith minister and spiritualist,
my services are founded upon meditation, mystical, esoteric, shamanic, metaphysical,
