What is: MIND / BODY SELF HEALING THROUGH ENERGY AWARENESS
Energy awareness is a most helpful self healing practice. The first step is to become aware of the mind / body natural rhythm and energy systems. These systems include our energy field, chakra and meridians. We can become aware of them through two practices. One is through hands off or hands on self healing practices. The other is through consciousness or mind / body intuitive insight and meditative practices. Both are valid, and used in conjunction have great power to effect positive change to the condition of the mind / body energy system.
Energy awareness considers the nature of the self to be holographic. Rather than perceiving matter as a fixed solid, it becomes apparent that matter is fluid, in flux and flow. That at it’s core matter is made of light, infused with spirit and naturally influenced by our consciousness. This suggests that all matter can be manipulated, depending on our state of consciousness and belief systems.

Energy awareness takes time and practice to develop. We learn to trust our intuitive
nature to guide us to the solutions we seek. It can be helpful to use energy awareness
on a daily basis, perhaps during meditation, before sleep or in the shower or tub.
