What is: REGRESSION HYPNOSIS
Regression hypnosis is designed to help you liberate the negative effects of the past upon your life today. The past has a tendency to rule, influence or limit our lives. To dictate what we think, feel and act upon. We discover that the stories of our past have created these influences. They can be of a limiting or negative nature. They hold us back in some way. We know we are effected by the patterns of the past when we find ourselves acting out in ways we do not wish to: Such as an inability to express our emotions, feeling powerless and fearful, reacting inappropriately or finding ourselves blocked and stagnating. In essence we know we are being influenced by the past, when we recognize we are not living from our true authenticity and self mastery.

Consider that each generation is passing on the same type of understanding, consciousness, belief system, patterns, behavior and so on. All of which has shaped the story we have established about ourselves. It is in our best interests to break the generational cycle, that continues to influence and limit our perspective on our lives.
