What is: CHAKRA BALANCING

The concept of the chakra system, originates from Indian healing philosophy and can be considered a system of inter-connected body centered energy gateways. These energetic gateways or vortices, interact with the physical body, as well as the souls energy field. The souls energy field is made of various layers of energy / consciousness. These fields comprise the blue print for the body, known as the ethereal, mental, emotional and soul bodies. They impact the very condition of the physical, constantly charged and influenced by the fluid and changeable mind, as well as the more static and deeply embodied belief systems we hold.

Our fluctuating mind states and more static core beliefs are naturally both positive and negative. They either deplete or elevate our energy. In turn this will either enhance or negate our well-being. Through the chakra system we are able to access these awareness’s to create the changes we desire.

The chakra system when positively influenced is in a natural state of balance and flow. Negative mind states tend to obstruct and impede the energetic flow between the souls energy field, the chakra system and the physical body. In turn this impacts the condition of the physical body itself. We tend to notice these obstructions as lethargy or feeling run down. When the energetic flow is freely moving, we feel more energized and vibrant.

We are simply able to correct any constriction of flow in our energy system, by working directly with our chakras. This facilitates a gentle return to greater harmony, where each chakra interacts in concert with each other, as well as the physical body. This will naturally support improved well-being.

The chakra system can be truly considered body centered and energetic. A gateway that interacts both with the physical and holographic energy fields. In this spiritual context, we begin to appreciate that we are more than the body. That we are a divine soul briefly experiencing the energy and consciousness of the physical world. That all aspects of life is influenced by our state of mind and core belief systems we hold.

There are numerous chakra balancing practices and philosophies that can help restore integrity to the holographic self and chakra system.
