What is: TRANSPERSONAL HYPNOSIS

Transpersonal hypnosis is designed to help us reconnect to the authentic self - soul or spirit, effectively empowering us to overcome life’s trials and tribulations. It integrates powerful tools that help us manage and master the mind, emotions, body and life itself.

Hypnosis is a form of guided meditation. It can be considered trance work, establishing trance like states of consciousness. These trance like states are quite natural. Each of us travel through these conditions many times a day. We thus learn to access these deeply relaxing and stress reducing states of mind and body, with ever greater ease and effectiveness. From these states of deep relaxation, we simply access the many layers of the mind, from waking consciousness, to the deeper mind or subconscious, to the soul mind or super consciousness.  

The purpose of accessing these states of awareness becomes invaluable. They in effect help us step out of the way of ourselves, opening us to a different perspective where we discover greater insight and meaning. We learn how to recognize our deep internal patterns and how to naturally transform them for our greater good.

Transpersonal hypnosis teaches us the tools and techniques of self hypnosis. As an experiential learning system, it guides us through the many subtle layers of self, to help restore our authentic nature. This nature is the higher self hidden behind the egos social masks - our limitations, fears, misperceptions and so on. It is that part of self that is pure, loving, joyful, compassionate, creative, courageous and driven by a greater purpose for being. In truth this aspect of self contains the higher qualities of human nature and has the power to create the life we really came to lead.

When consistently used, transpersonal hypnosis has the power to effective positive and lasting change in our lives. It shows us what can be and more of who we really are.
