How to: OVERCOME BLOCKS AND OBSTACLES

A helpful technique to overcome and let go of those blocks and obstacles that have limited and caused resistance, is to look directly into the block itself and then onwards to the far side. Blocks are often comprised of fears. When we face them directly as a detached witness and observer, we accept them with forgiveness and compassion. We can then feel the emotional charge associated with the block or obstacle, allowing it to naturally begin to dissipate. On the far side we discover love, where peace and flow resides. As we do this we feel a realease, both energetic and emotional, lift from us. It can be literally like a weight falling away. We then realize we are able to choose the thoughts and feelings we desire to experience.
